Gristmill Ravioli Local cream cheese, Veldhuizen cheese, Gristmill flour, cured tomatoes, texas white wine, herbs

Watson Land and Cattle Ribeyes Cowboy ribeyes, chimichuri, bordelaise, roasted veg, flat bread





Dessert

A Touch of Chocolat Fireside Mousse Local chocolate, raw cream, toasted marshmallow fluff, graham cracker crumblc
